COTTAGE CHEESE PIE

Cottage Cheese Pie


1 unbaked pie crust (not sweet)

2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

2/3 cup cream or milk

2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

Cinnamon

Place pie crust in a pie tin. Crimp edges.

Whisk flour and sugar in a large bowl until well mixed. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until sticky and lighter in color.

Add cream and mix well. Add cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 45-60 minutes until set.

Can be served hot, warm, room temperature, or cold.
